Northern Pair ("we") prepares and produces custom engraved and printed items from photos and text you provide at our craft-fair booth. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• The photo and/or text you upload to create your item.
• Optionally, your name, phone number, and email, only if you choose to provide them.

How we use it

• To produce your order and let you preview it before anything is made.
• To notify you about your order — by email, and by text message only if you provide a mobile number and opt in.

Text messages (SMS)

If you provide a mobile number and check the consent box, we send automated order-status texts (about one message per order — e.g. when your item is ready for pickup). Message frequency varies by order. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help at any time. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share your mobile number or SMS opt-in with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Sharing & processors

We use service providers solely to operate this service: Amazon Web Services (hosting & storage), Twilio (text messages), and Stripe (card payments). They process data only to provide their service to us.

Retention

Uploaded images and order details are automatically deleted or scrubbed of personal information about 14 days after the order.
