By placing an order with Northern Pair you agree to these terms. We prepare and produce custom engraved/printed items from the photos and text you provide.
Your content
You confirm you have the right to use any image or text you upload, and that it isn't unlawful or infringing. You keep ownership of your content; you grant us permission to use it solely to produce your order.
Previews
On-screen previews are simulations to help you approve your design. The finished physical item may vary slightly in tone, color, and finish depending on the material and machine.
Payment
Orders are paid at the booth (cash) or online via Stripe. Cash orders are not produced until payment is received.
Text messages
If you opt in with a mobile number, we send automated order-status texts (about one per order). Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy.
